Shipping & Refund Policy
Red Feather Healing, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. All sales are final.
1st Class Shipping: Small, or single items, will ship first class in a padded envelope. Shipping starts at $5.00 and goes up based on weight and distance. First class shipping includes a tracking number but DOESN’T include insurance. If you would like your items to ship insured, please send a request, including order number and date ordered, to rfhbwgk@gmail.com that you would like your items to be shipped Priority Mail which automatically includes $50.00 of insurance. Priority shipping is always recommended as RFHealing is not responsible for anything that happens to your items during transit. If your items are worth more than $50.00, please also include in the email that you would like more insurance and an additional invoice will be sent to you for the additional amount of the difference between 1st Class and Priority and additional insurance requested.
Priority Shipping: Larger items, or larger quantities and more valuable items, are shipped through priority mail and automatically includes $50.00 of insurance and a tracking number. If your items are worth more than $50.00 and you’d like additional insurance on your package, please let me know and you will be sent an additional invoice for the additional insurance requested. If your crystals are damaged during transit and you need to file a claim, keep in mind that USPS will only refund a maximum of $50.00 unless you purchased additional insurance for your package.
Shipping Terms & Conditions: RFHealing wraps each item with lots of care and lots of bubble wrap, unfortunately some items are fragile and can be damaged or broken during transit. RFHealing relinquishes all responsibility for your items once they leave the store. If your items arrive damaged or broken it’s your responsibility to file a claim with USPS (or any other shipping carrier used). The process is easy and straightforward, as long as your items are shipped through priority mail. Be sure to take plenty of pictures of the damaged pieces and all of the bubble wrap as evidence when filing your claim. Feel free to reach out to RFHealing at rfhbwgk@gmail.com if you need additional information to file your claim like your tracking number, the date your package shipped or a copy of your invoice. This policy also applies to packages that are lost during transit. RFHealing is here to help in any way possible, but ultimately USPS (or other shipping carriers used) is responsible for deciding whether a refund will be issued.
Shipping Address: Please double and triple check that your shipping address is entered correctly before completing the checkout process. RFHealing is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to this mistake.
